Looking back on it, we remain enormously proud, and not only because it was a lovely moment of recognition for our team. It's because this particular award speaks to something that sits at the very core of how we do things at edyn, and to something that matters deeply to every family we support. Here's why it meant so much to us, and why it still does.
About the Great British Care Awards
The Great British Care Awards are among the most respected honours in the UK care sector. Each year they celebrate the people and organisations delivering genuinely outstanding social care across the country, from individual carers and care managers to whole teams and providers, through a series of regional finals leading to a national celebration.
They're a rare and meaningful chance for the sector to recognise excellence, dedication and innovation in the care of others. To be counted among the winners, in a field of such committed and talented care professionals, was an honour we didn't take lightly.
What the award recognised

edyn was named Best Home Care Employer (London): an award that celebrates organisations creating an exceptional workplace for their care staff.
